Worrying about your safety on the road shouldn’t keep you from doing your dream bike tour. That’s why we have a program dedicated to advocating for safer roads and better bicycle policies and laws across the U.S. But we can’t do it alone — our advocacy is stronger when transportation decision makers and elected officials hear from you. As a community of adventure cyclists, we can make roads and laws safer for bicycle travel when we take action together.

With a focus on Adventure Cycling and U.S. Bicycle Routes, we advocate transportation decision makers to accommodate bicyclists’ safety when maintaining or improving roads.
